Our Achievements
In the past years we have trained 149 NPOs and over 200 young people on social entrepreneurship in partnership with South Deep Education and Community Trusts. This Led to a different paradigm shift where NPOs become less donor dependent and found ways in raising funds for their programs. Young people started to see opportunities in their current community problems and developed solutions that created jobs.
Our inaugural Award-Winning NPO Incubator in partnership with Rand Water Foundation took 15 NPOs into the program and 7 social enterprises were formed and 55 jobs were created.
Through the ‘It Is Up To Me” program Faded Black Innovations formed 14 social enterprises for youth that is still part of the program that runs for 24 months, through the program, 34 jobs were created. Through Skills Development program we manage to create 58 jobs.

- Completed Social Entrepreneurship Programme with GIBS
- Won best NPO Incubator under the category: Inclusive economy.
- Listed as one as one of the best innovation hubs in 45 countries of 157 hubs in Africa by i4Policy Foundation
- Awarded Gauteng Youth Service Initiative – working with 45 young people in community development in partnership with Harambee and gold youth.
- Finalist in CSI Legacy Awards under the category Best Social Entrepreneur
- 11 youth owned enterprises formed and 30 jobs were created.
